We kindly request your understanding that due to the unique nature of original artworks, we are unable to offer refunds or returns solely for changes of mind. However, in the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to provide a refund or a replacement.
Before making a purchase, please ensure that you review the images, dimensions, and product description carefully to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.
Return process:
Reach out to us via email at annaspeirsart@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery;
Please ensure to provide clear photographs of the damage;
After assessing the damage, we will provide instructions on how to return the item;
We kindly request that the artwork be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. For the safe transit of the artwork, we would appreciate it if you securely package it to prevent any potential damage.
REFUND:
After we receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, we'll take care of either providing you with a refund. Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

SHIPPING:
Packaging: Your artwork will be packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for cushioning and protection. The artwork is then placed in a thick-walled carton, with additional protective layering to prevent movement and damage during transit.
Delivery Times:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
Standard Shipping Australia-wide: Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 2-4 weeks.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders): For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment online.
